Why don’t you just show Wells Fargo your copies of your loan documents. Everyone gets copies of their certified loan documents. If you don’t have yours, then your a fool. Sounds like you kept refinancing your loan over the years until you had no more left to refinance. How about people like you take responsiblity for your actions instead of blaming banks. If you can’t provide your own proof that you had a fixed rate mortgage then you are the one who is probabaly lying, not Wells Fargo or HSBC. Grow up and get over it and quit trying to fake everyone out. Make your own money and quit trying to free load off others. Handle it and if you can’t move on.

I live in subsidized housing through housing and urban development who receives federal and state funding but us tenants live in filth, Asbestus in the heating pipes and flooring Rat Infested, Roach Infested have NO HEAT OR HOT WATER most the time no safety or Security in our Buildings check this out and read up on more athttps://www.facebook.com/groups/410061075718327/

At the time my home was stolen by Bank America, I was 61, disabled and being treated for recent trauma, living alone. Despite having boxes of detailed , dated history, facts etc., including huge file of dated notes about efforts I made to stop foreclosure, now going on four and half years, I am almost retraumatized by disbelief about these matters. Every so called consumer ‘helper’ takes BoA on mere sayso and deliberately spins events in their favor without any evidence of having read my reports or files. At best accountability is triaged and totally non-transparent. Missouri Atty Genl who I have contacted several times before, during and since has done likewise . I wish I had video of townhall meeting I attended this past Spring to discuss travesty offer made after the won two billion dollar settlement in criminal conviction of BoA et al. They offered one thousand dollars to those they will deem worst damaged qualifiers. This fiasco has cost me off top of my head upwards of $300,000. It is breathtaking to me what has trasnpired with these ‘too big to fail’‘;now four times bigger ; the biggest insult not only that they are not behind bars (like anyone else in non fascist system) but awarded billlions in bonuses that could/should be ’redistributed’ as easily as are homes they stole.
